Up until now you may have been writing to the Community Share Registry, email@example.com or to me when you have had queries about certificates, payments, transfers, information updates or other issues to do with your shareholding in WWCE.
Well now we have re-organised all these functions to one point of contact. From 3rd July Neville Registrars have taken over the management of our registry and they will control our shareholdings. However, they have told us they will need 14 days to transfer existing data and reorganise it according to their management system. The time quoted for transfer may vary for any shareholding you have in other societies which may also be in the process of being transferred. Transfer times are calculated based on approaching interest payment dates.
So please could you wait until the middle of July to make any new queries. Existing queries previously handled by Community Share Records Company will be handed over to the new registrar and relevant parties will be contacted. Any previous updates to your personal information have been made.
We will be sharing the new contact details for any future queries once the arrangements and registry transfer have all been completed.

Our AGM will be held at the Town Hall in Devizes on Wednesday September 13th at midday. We hope that many of you will be there. Before that date we will send out an Agenda and Annual Report. Every year we like to appoint 2 non-executive directors (existing directors resign in rotation and are eligible for re-election) so if anyone is interested in standing as a member of our board please let me know and we will send you more information.
